The artists’ house renovation and addition expands both indoor and outdoor spaces of the original two story + attic home. Chicago common brick was used to blend the new volumes to the original house. A new third floor terrace and large windows bathe the interior space with natural light, offering both outdoor space and privacy. Construction of the project is currently nearing completion.
